talking about track relays of course, because I didn’t do this during the swimming ones. It’s an interesting way to do the twists, (instead of using music, although I did that later,) I started when they started, and finished when they finished. It’s better to do this during longer relays, like 4 by 400, because it’s about roughly 3 minutes, give or take a few seconds here and there. I did that last night, and I’ll do it again tonight, it’s an interesting way of timing the twists, instead of depending on the relatively variable length of songs. Of course I could set the timer for like 5 minutes and have at it, I think I’ll try that next.
